  1. Ask your TA to send you the guest copy of Royals invoice. It will be listed there.
  2. Not all TA's send copies of Roysls invoice to clients.
  3. One of our top 3 cruises. We lucked out. The day before they were calling for rain everyday in all of our ports and somehow the day before it cleared up at every port.
  4. t's been true for me and also when they have held people back when they opened boarding it was only for 10 minutes or so until the designated times line cleared and then they went to the next time. I have yet to see ayine held until their actual time...just delayed for a bit but no more than 15 to 20 minutes. That seems to be pretty common with the vast majority of comments on this but of course there are always exceptions
  5. Sailed out of Southhampton 2 weeks ago and they were not enforcing it
  6. Not surprisingly there is confusion with the agents regarding this as the benefits sheet has been updated and it only lists the TA / TP and Panama. Also, while the 125% and 150% DP340 is applicable to group rates where agents can special fare, the rates the 150% supplement for everyone else is not combinable with group rates from what I have been told as it is a promotion.
  7. Take ship capacity and divide by number of slots. It really doesn't matter as thee check in times are not enforced
  8. Before or after final payment there should be no adjustment to the cruise fare however after final payment you would not get the double points as the money from the second guest is held in penalty where prior to final payment the money is moved to the first guest. That means before final you are paying for 2 people and get the double points but after you are still only paying for one as the money is still assigned to guest 2 and you would not get the double points. That being said, mistakes do happen and people have received the double points for changes after final payment but they should not have so if you went that route and made the change after final and only received single points you cannot argue it.
  9. It depends on if the sailing is closed or not. If yhe sailing is closed you can't add a person. If the sailing is still open you should be able to add a second as space is reserved in the muster station for 2 guests.
  10. I have never had a price not honoured for bookings transferred.
  11. Agree that they should go through them but the client never pays a fee to the TA
  12. Cancelling the third prior to final will most likely have you moved to a double occupancy room with the deposit being applied to the first 2 guests fare whether or not ot was a refundable or non refundable deposit. There are 3 options 1. Just before final, check the rate of a double occupancy room and if less or reasonable just switch to that and drop the third, their deposit will be applied to your fare. 2. If the cost of the double occupancy room is higher than what you are paying for the triple just have them be a no show and get the taxes and fees refunded. 3. There are different riles for cancelling a third guest. Up until 30 days prior to sailing (the 100% penalty phase) you can cancel a third guest for a full refund. This would work if there are no more double occupancy cabins in your category for them to move you to, you could cancel and get the refund for the third guest and keep the room.
  13. It would be rare that they just dropped the third. As this is a triple occupancy room most likely they would be forced to move to a double occupancy room at possibly much higher rates
  14. I sailed in the cabin right above on deck 12. Enjoy the balcony and the view...both are fabulous. It would be a long walk for some though.
  15. That is correct. Since you are now in the 100% penalty phase you will pay a penalty to move 3rd guest out of the cabin. Honestly at this close to sailing I doubt that you could find 3 cabins that could beet the strict rules regarding the berthing of minor children that is further complicated by you travelling with unrelated children.
  16. Yep, different last names are a definite issue
  17. Divorce or separation does not even come into paly with a closed loop cruise from the US. As long as the child is travelling with a parent and has the same last name no additional documentation is required even if you were breaking your custody agreement.
  18. Which is entirely different than a child travelling with their parent with the same last name. In your case they are following the correct proceedure
  19. In the cruise planner under tat sailing click on your initials in the upper right hand corner, then go to order history
  20. Personally I think you are reading way too much into this. Royal has always been upfront about gratuity increases and has always allowed people the opportunity to lock in at the lower rates. I don't see that changing andbi certainly fo not see them not telling guests of a gratuity increase.
