Just in case anyone on this thread is unaware - a Facebook page has been started entitled “ Vantage Deluxe World Travel Complaints Page - Refunds Trip Cancellations etc”. Sorry, don’t know how to post a link, but you can do a search for it. It provides a pretty clear picture of just how bad things are at Vantage.

I wonder if Vantage even still has an office in that building (90 Canal St)? Maybe they moved/are moving and they don’t want anyone to know? That might explain the no phone or website. Maybe.

Still no website or phone. I’m no expert, but hard to believe they couldn’t have those things fixed right away. Anybody with any new info?

What ship were you suppose to go on that was supposedly damaged?

I fear the worse. No website or phone. They have $18,000 of my money.
