  1. Spent 2 weeks on Marina in December and 3 weeks in April. Go to the Artist's Loft on the 1st day to sign up. In December they had 2 artists. I did one pouring class. In April a Cuban artists had a series of drawing classes for the human body. One series for the head, one for the body. One sea days, they had line dance classes. Other activities were bingo, trivia, ping pong, miniature golf, lectures, and more.
  2. Yes we have a final printed copy and we tried calling and emailing the accounting department.
  3. When we returned from our Marina, April 6th cruise, Oceania had charged us an extra $423 over the amount on the ending statement. Any suggestions on who to contact? We contacted Guest Relations by email, but they haven't responded. Should we now contact our credit card company?
  4. My travel agent just called Oceania about our flights for a cruise 126 days from now. They said the flight department is swamped and 2 weeks behind, so we can't speak with them. Does anyone know if we can cancel our flights for an August cruise and still receive a credit? We haven't been ticketed yet, but can't get any answers about going a day early. I have learned a lesson! Never again will I book air through a cruise line.
  5. Is there any way to speak directly with someone in Oceania's flight department without going through my travel agent? My agent is unaware of the new policy of being able to go 1-3 days early. Has anyone used this successfully?
  6. We currently have a premium economy flight from Rome to Chicago, Chicago to Charlotte with Oceania's air. If we try to get a non stop either business or premium economy, do we pay the deviation fee even if they can't make our desired changes at a reasonable cost? Do you have the name of the person who helped you with the flight arrangements? Thank you!

  8. Oceania has us on a 11:05 flight from Rome to Chicago. The ship is scheduled to dock at 8:00 AM. Does this give us enough time or should we try to change to a later flight?
  9. On the December 4, 2022 cruise, when we ran low on conditioner, they brought us 2 more bottles each of shampoo, condition and lotion.
  10. Just off the Marina after 2 weeks in the Caribbean. The carpets and furniture looked in great shape. We were on deck 9. The food in the specialty restaurants was excellent. A little disappointed in some of the choices in the Main Dining Room and on 12. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The worst part was the very long lines to board and disembark the ship. The wifi needs a lot of help and the electrical outlets need updating. Entertainment: A couple of the singers need to be replaced. The best was the lead singer in the Sync Band. Dancers were good. Could have had more variety of activities in the afternoons and on sea days. Every day was pretty much the same. We are scheduled on Marina in April for a 21 day transatlantic, so I hope to see some improvement.
