Good chilly morning, It’s finally warmer here than in Alaska, but not by much. Showers are expected tomorrow and then rain on Tuesday and Wednesday. This afternoon Mr Lucky is going to get his picture taken with Santa. I’m not sure which list he is on, he’s a little bit of both.🐾 I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

The missing woman from the sinkhole tragedy has been recovered. May she RIP and her family find peace and comfort that she has been found.🙏💔

Good cold morning. It’s still warmer in Juneau and Anchorage than here. The winds are still strong but are expected to diminish today. Sadly, the winds are responsible for 2 fatalities in the Philadelphia region yesterday. A woman was killed when a light pole fell on her while walking on a jogging track. The second accident was a 30 year old mother and daughter in a car, when a tree branch fell on her car and crushed the roof. The child was not injured ,but the mother died 💔🙏 Stay safe and warm.

Afternoon all, I am not sure if anyone is a McDonalds fan, but I just wanted to let everyone know that McRib sandwich is back for the holiday season. They definitely are smaller in size than before. It tasted okay.

Our BHB is turning 6 years old today. The maiden voyage was a great crossing. It was enjoyed by many CC daily family. May she have many more years of sailing.🍾🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎉

Good cold and windy night. There’s a wind advisory in effect for tomorrow. Snow showers are expected for early morning. The missing woman from the sinkhole is now considered a recovery operation 💔 The roof of the cave has collapsed and it’s too dangerous for anyone to descend into the area. They are using cameras and electronics to monitor the area. They have not given up hope.🙏 Stay warm and safe.

In a sad but true story, prayers are needed for the search party in western Pa as they look for a missing woman that may have fallen into a sink hole late Monday night. The 30 foot hole opened up in the area she was last seen in while searching for her missing cat. A shoe has been seen on a camera. The hole is thought to be part of an underground coal mine from the 50’s. State police are proceeding with caution as they fear further widening of the cavern.🙏

Good cold 27 degrees morning. It’s still warmer in Juneau than it is here, in fact the forecast for Juneau all week is better than here. Mr Lucky had discovered he likes cream cheese, he helped me eat my bagel this morning and he also tasted rice pudding. I guess cat food is a waste of money.🐾 I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

Well the score is Trouble 1 the vet visit 0. He was sound asleep on the bed when he suddenly disappeared. He was hiding in a corner of a storage room along with his guardian Tee Tee. Appointment is now rescheduled for next Tuesday morning🤞 I just hung up the phone with the veterinarian office and someone came trotting down the stairs as if nothing happened. Better luck next time.

Good cold 26 degrees morning. It’s only going up to near 40 today and that nasty s word is coming on Wednesday night. Yesterday, we ended up at another greenhouse as the ones we went to on Friday were not as good as usual. The one yesterday is called Glick’s and they are preparing for their annual Poinsettia show. This is an amazing event with a different theme each year . The show starts Wednesday and goes for the next 2 weekends. The best part is the free hot dog with homemade relish. @Denise T, this is not far from you, I hope you can check it out. My pastor’s oldest son is involved in Civil Air Patrol and was in a training program last weekend and was promoted to a technical sergeant rank. I hope everyone has a peaceful day. Good sunny afternoon. Well, I finally got the prescription issue from the neurologist straightened out. Yesterday, I had a message that the updated prescription was called in to the pharmacy last Thursday. When I checked with them, they said they were still processing it with my insurance company and it would be November 30th for an update. Today, I get a text it was ready for pickup. We picked it up and then made a quick trip to the food bank to drop off the free turkey I qualified for with the prescription today. Have a great afternoon.

Good rainy morning. Temperature is in the 50’s with rain expected for Thanksgiving Day. Mr Lucky has decided he is a big boy now and is done with kitten food . He goes right to the big boy plate and chows down with his brothers. He has also figured out how to climb the stairs to the second floor. Tomorrow he has a vet appointment for a recheck. He is like the energizer bunny until he crashes and curls up on the blanket. I hope everyone has a peaceful day.
