I think I cxled and rebooked it 3x for my upcoming cruise. Just have to check and see if sales happen. Not always announced and there been times when the sales are only a few different cruises and not across the board. Like others said book it and if it goes down cxl and rebook. Very easy

I did it twice in my last silhouette sailing. It was wonderful. Huge fruit and cheese platter, free bottle of champagne and drink service. Would definitely do it again if it works out. Don’t need to get it on my next cruise as it’s the TA coming up in 3 weeks.

Our room says the same thing on the express passes as it has on past cruises. One of us has pall/call while other call/pall. No need to worry about it

No yiu have premium drink package. Mine have always said same thing

More the blame goes to the Marketing dept as they are the ones who need to get the information over to IT. I work in IT and I wont make decisions on how I think workflows should be done, I just make them so they can be done with direction given. Will give some input into it, ie more can it be done.

The Eden drinks that are on the special cocktail list are set they mostly will not switch out which rum etc that goes in each one as they are set by the alcohols in them. Agree, people tend to overthink way to much, If you have the classic just go to any bar, besides WCB and order a rum and coke, vodka soda etc you will be all set Personally i have fun on first night at WCB and watch the issues with people who go up and try to order a basic drink, and mostly getting told to go to the next bar etc, then the customer throwing a temper tantrum, didnt happen my last cruise. They cant understand that the bar only serves 10 or so different drinks, and none on classic level. Tho they do serve beer and wine now

Your best bet is look thru the move up sticky at the top. Would really only look at bids made this year on it. But like said there is no way to know what is a solid bid, probably have to go into the good area for it. My offers on my last 3 cruises on silhouette have all been widely different for each type of suite.

I never understand why people keep saying the Connie needs updating. I been on the ship 3x since restart, and yes the rooms are old style, but I just sleep and store clothes in there. The ship is clean and well maintained many of the common areas where newly carpeted before restart. I would not hesitate going on her again if the right itinerary came about. Does it have all the bells and whistles of the edge class, nope, and honestly it does not matter to me at all. Others it might, but when I go on a cruise its to relax and tune out all the outside noise, if wanting great service, great crew, clean and well maintained ship connie out of Tampa is a good choice.

Thank you will be on silhouette for the TA next month but just in aqua class. Was on her last year for 14 days over thanksgiving. I also thought the food in the mdr was great, better or equal to Murano overall. I have eaten at Murano many times in past. Not a show person either and service was never great in there for many years. Happy you enjoyed it very much looking forward to the transatlantic

Why I usually try to search out the Cellar Master and or Sommelier the first day to inquire about this. I have always been able to get wines by the glass that are not listed on any drink menus.

Best to search on this site as many threads on it. But in general it’s for elite and above are able to choose from a very limited menu between 5-7 for drinks, some bars not allowed, Ie mdr, world class bar, and at times martini but many have been able to get hh drinks there, If you have a drink package it does not affect you as you have a wider option for drinks and can get them anywhere at any time. The one time I did not have it, 4 day cruise, used it to get waters for the next day. The elite happy hour is every day except embarkation day.

Your thinking elite happy hour that it does not cover in mdr. The drink package works anywhere thru out the ship. He elite happy hour where u can get drinks has limitations.

Probably after sail a sailaway. I did use it once on another s class ship but they are still doing tours with passsengers so did not find it any way relaxing or quiet. I usually skip first day and get to it first thing on day 2

With wine, you have the package, guess what, try them all, might not like some of them and you can get something else. A benefit of the drink package, not like you have to finish a glass of something you do not like, just get something else. What one persons taste in wine and food is usually very different from others.

Never noticed a difference on service with or without go green. Towels are always fresh, room made up or turn downed etc. Always have fresh wine glasses in the room.

figure titos will be about 12-15 would be my guess as Titos is under premium level now

Why throw huge amounts into the M class especially, personally I love these ships, they're at 20 year old point so more or less 10-15 years in the fleet left Im guessing, probably less, max for them. Yes they keep up with the soft goods, ie carpets, upkeep etc but to totally refurbish would be wasted money for the company.

Personally, I would go with the Constellation. I prefer the itinerary overall. Ship wise I have been on the Constellation probably more than any other Celebrity ship besides the Silhouette. I been on it twice over the last year and half. I enjoy the ship. I would not worry as much about the lack of Specialty restaurants on the Connie overall as this is a very port intensive cruise. Overall this to me is decided on where I would like to visit the most, and that is one cruise I keep looking at for future, going be in italy/Rome in a month or so, taking a transatlantic over and staying in Rome for 10 days after.

I picked it up a while back on one of the sales for 64.76 for 2. I figure 32.50pp is pretty decent deal. Its nothing special but hoping its on one of the first days of the TA Im on so I can get some info on different offerings. Done it before and usually find one or two I like.

Last cruise restaurant opened at 630 for pastries and fruit and one egg station opened up at 7am second one was up and running by 745 or so. Was not on E class, S class Caribbean sailing

The wine lists presented on the app before you board and even when you board are pointless. Best is get on board find a sommelier and they can give you what is actually available. My last few cruises have done this and found many wines that are not listed and able to get by the glass.

Silhouette was upper level.
