I did a Book Later Reservation at the NextCruise desk on the Symphony last November. I have picked my cruise and I want to book it before my 2 months expire. BUT, the phone number RCI gave me on my receipt does not work. (9997654323) I have called from my cell phone and my Magic Jack, with and without a 1 in front of the number. Either way, I receive a message immediately that my call cannot be completed as dialed. When I look up area code 999, I am told that it is reserved for future use and there are no phone numbers in that area code. Given the quality of information on the Internet, that might be old information that is no longer valid. After a long hold, I reached a regular RCI agent on the RCI Customer Service number and he could not help with the non-working number, but he was able to book my cruise using the NextCruise deposit.
