Yes, Vince, I think you cracked the code. I think these are good options. -

Loriva, we wish you well in Milton. Florida doesn't need yet another big storm and hope your home and pets will be ok and you can rejoin the ship.

Any idea if the gap between Tastes closing and Beefbar opening will have some temporary offering? -

Eggs Benedict have been available in Waterside for as long as I have been cruising Crystal, which is since 1995. In recent years, somebody with no taste decided to add the sauce and run it under the broiler! ACH!!!! So I order sauce on the side. Poached eggs have always been available. -

My issue is that my "all inclusive" cruise for many thousands of dollars just became way less inclusive. Sometimes there's a night when you want a more casual dinner, especially on a longer cruise, so the only choice for that is room service, not a good choice for us as we enjoy the socialization - we eat alone together every night at home! Maybe Crystal could being back the 2 nights of "casual dining" as a change from the more formal venues and menus. . -
Please remind me - can you use shipboard credit for gratuities or is that all in the past?

DH would eat in Umi Uma every night if allowed. -

Don't forget the beets!😎 -
DH and I both find re-entry daunting when we go out. Even in so called elegant restaurants we are greeted by “what do you guys want to drink?” And “No problem.” Plus the tables are never correctly set. We just grit our teeth and count ourselves lucky.

Coming back down to Earth is not easy!

Bill is just fantastic! Hopefully he will narrate your sail-in to NYC!
-
Your TA probably has it on file.

We just booked a cruise for the first time on NC and our Crystal Society number worked!

Not Vince but - we have always felt there is terrific value in using a TA. A TA will go to bat for you, ie get your dinner res when the website won't allow it, arrange special celebrations for you, provide some remuneration in the form of either shipboard credit, a credit, a nice gift, etc. We met our TA in 1998 and we're still with her. She really provides great service so well worth whatever we pay vs a discount TA or doing it on our own. Just MHO. -
For me this is a real concern. You either have to keep your drapes closed or your lights off. This makes the room dark all the time which, for me, is depressing. Open drapes and lights on, people on the promenade can see everything - not that they do, just that they can.

The shampoo made my gray hair yellow, and I don't mean blond!

I love that the waiters don't clear until everyone is finished. That is so courteous to the slower eater. In today's world they grab the plate before you swallow your last bite, one day I'll find out they are short of plates and need to wash mine for the next table.

Yes, Dover castle is a great place to visit. Another is the WW2 museum inside the White Cliffs, truly an excellent experience.

That had to be me🙄 No one else is dumb enough to pack their shoes!
-
For the bath product people who are dissatisfied - I've been around long enough to remember the Neutrogena! We've come a long way, Baby!

In an emergency, any size will do. I once packed my shoes and was about to disembark barefoot (in Athens😱) when I remembered the slippers! Even though I identify with Patty (6 1/2) I made it work with the size 12 slippers. Then the comedian sat in front of me on the bus🙄. PS I found my shoes right away and did not have to travel all the way home in slippers.
