  1. Pursuit 23rd March Lisbon to Barcelona had a very memorable Flamenco show for amazing evening on board in Malaga.
  2. On board Pursuit Lisbon to Barcelona we have enjoyed excellent food and service in Discoveries and on the first night a delicious seafood buffet was served in Windows. We had a second overnight in Seville and missed out the port of Gibraltar due to extreme weather conditions with strong winds gusting 7 to 8. Yesterday Captain Michael following several attempts got us into the port of Malaga. Last night the amazing evening was performed in the Cabaret lounge and we were treated to an unforgettable evening of local flamenco..Hats off to CD Grace and her team.
  3. Disappointing that your precious holiday time is marred by this ongoing B to B OBC problem. Sorry to hear that an otherwise great onboard experience has been spoiled by a very unusual approach from a member of guest relations and I hope the OBC is restored and you get a suitable apology. We hope this will not be a recurring problem for other upcoming cruises. G.

This evening I got a fairly generic email reply from Az Support at loyaltyintl@azamara.com promising to send my email to customer services to deal with the problem they attributed to “some generic IT issues due to the migration that they hoped to be fixed “very soon” and to keep an eye on my account for updates and changes……
  8. I called Azamara UK ref my missing Discoverer Plus points + number “review status.”etc. I confirmed what I had long suspected that Azamara UK is US based…not a problem. However they were unable to help regarding loyalty matters but suggested that I email Az loyalty whom I had already emailed on Loyalty@Azamara.com but my email bounced back! (No longer in service). They then advised me to email loyaltyintl@azamara.com I emailed them it has not bounced back yet but has not been responded to either🙁. Now I know why it’s called Azamara Circle..(going around in one😡).
  9. I made final payment on an upcoming cruise today then Az IT removed my Discoverer Plus status and zeroed all my points infuriating ..😡😡
  10. check that your taxi can enter the Istanbul port to pick up. We boarded at Istanbul’s new cruise port in September ‘22 but our taxi ordered by our hotel the Radisson was not allowed into the underground drop off area for taxis and coaches. We had to exit the taxi outside the shopping mall put our luggage through X-ray machine at entrance to the mall. Walk through the mall descend the escalator to the car park put our luggage through another X-ray then finally found the entrance to the ship boarding and drop off area and X-ray again! High security in the cruise port.
