OK...update... I went back into Pre cruise planning and rebooked Murano, based on your comments...and still managed the 30% discount! Otherwise I would not have done it...I think it was meant to be! I really really wanted Murano, but bought into all the trash talk! I think I will be happy with it...And I will ask for 2 lobster tails if they are the little guys...And we will do lunch in Luminae so my DH will be happy! First thing I will go straight to Murano desk to see about an earlier dinner time. That was my DH main complaint about Murano..( although we are coming from the West coast and our bodies will still think ii is 6:30! anyway.) My mind is made up (I think..LOL)

Throw my 2 cents in... We are on Equinox Mar 27, and had first night reserved in Murano (at 30% discount) and was really looking forward to tableside lobster. But after all the discussion on CC about the lousy lobster, I finally canceled.. My DH prefers to eat in Luminae the first night anyway..for the same reason others do..getting to know the crew!...Tried Tuscan twice last year on Millie. 2 different cruises, and will not be doing it again. One meal was so awful they gave us a free lunch which was also awful...So we will do Sushi on 5 when Luminae has nothing appealing... Food is kind of an issue for me because I am a very good cook! and I am picky about what I eat...so if the food actually deteriorates as bad as some are saying, we may be done with Celebrity. Makes me so sad, but food quality is a BIG deal for me! I don't just eat for fuel...It actually has to be worth eating! Sigh... Anyway, a 9:30 first night in Murano just opened up for someone!

Our last 2 Tuscan Grill attempts were not good at all...I even complained and they gave us a free lunch which we also did not eat....so we are done with them....used to be wonderful but our last 2 cruises were on Infinity where Tuscan seems like an after thought.. I did get Murano on a great 30% early discount, so still trying to decide..will see what else they have to offer, before I give it up.. Thank you for the help.

We will be on the Equinox starting Mar 27 and have first night reservations in Murano, specifically for the table side lobster. Had it several years ago and it was amazing. What is it today? I do remember that the waiters will usually share whether this is a "good" lobster night or not. That is the only reason I would do Murano. The last time we were squashed into a room with a HUGE party and were totally overlooked for everything.. Service was awful and we have not been back since. But with lots of OBC I thought we could give it another try and now with the lobster debacle, I am wondering if it is worth the money? Last year had lobster in Luminae it was inedible..like tough rubber (and yes I tried again! same thing!) I was promised a lobster the next day that never materialized. Abd if they do away with my filet, our next cruise is in jeopardy! Help! Bridge Babe
