Formal night on a 17-day cruise

Could it be possible there is only 1 formal night on a 17-day cruise? So far, this is what my Silversea is showing and the formal night is the second night after embarkation. Thanks.

On our 17-day last year, we had 3-nights. Since this is what the “Packing Your Cruise Luggage” states, I would think you’ll have 3 formal nights as well, especially if you are on the traditional ships.

I would agree. We're on a 16 day trip and we've got 3.....

I had posted an earlier thread regarding having no formal nights displayed on a 15 night cruise. I called SS and at first they said there were none, but called me back weeks later to let me know there were now 3 and to check my Silverseas account.

Possibly they will display more later

Sometimes there is a big disconnect between what the office publishes and what actually happens on board. I'm pretty sure you'll have more than one formal night on a 17 day cruise.
