Changing ones Select benefits

Obviously I will need to ask P&O but before I do I’m sure there’s someone out there who has had the same experience.

I have a Select booking for the autumn, made a long time ago, for which I chose free Southampton parking, though I haven’t made the booking with CPS as yet.

Having moved house, the parking benefit is not as useful to me. Can I change to OBC, or was it set in stone at the time I booked?

My mother had a similar experience on her cruise last year. She initially booked it with coach travel included, but then decided to stay with her friend who lives near to Southampton the night before. So she rang P&O who changed her free coach travel to OBC.

Just to confirm that I made the change, via a phone call to P&O. Absolutely no problem
