Carnival sunshine chef dinner menu

I am wondering what the menu is for the Chefs dinner? We're goin on the sunshine April 27th? Please any thoughts? How's the ship? We like to hang in the ship for drinks and food along with entertainment verses ports!

I did the chef's dinner on my first cruise. It was fabulous , 12 course, 5 star food. The executive chef is able to let his creative juices flow on this so it isn't a set menu. It took about 3 hours or more to complete the meal. It was well worth it. Very diverse and rich flavorful food. Even the "fruit leathers " used as garnish were hand made from scratch .
