Msc seaview

Hi , we have been with Carnival twice & are booked on MSC Seaview in October, can anyone tell me how the MSC ships compare to Carnival ? Food , family friendly , british friendly ?...

The Merglavinia was docked behind us in Malta last week it looked fab.

Hello Im the opposite to you Ive sailed MSC and Have just booked our first Carnival :D We are booked on Seaview for November

Having not sailed Carnival yet I dont know how they compare but so far Ive loved MSC and found them Friendly not sure what you mean by British Friendly ???? its an Italian Line so a European vibe

I hope the ship you saw was Meraviglia or you saw a ghost ship ...

I prefer MSC and have sailed on both. The MSC ships are far, far more elegant. There seems to be less of a drunk and rowdy crowd. MSC ships are often newer (but not always). I think that the staff might be a bit more friendly on Carnival. In terms of food, both are comparable, more or less.
