Food and Dining (3 out of 5)

Main dining roomwas just okay. Not a lot of selections offered and portion size was a littlelarger than we had heard from previous Cruisers. The Buffet was prettygood, lots of selections. However, no iced tea offered with lunch or dinner andyou had to pay for bottled water for lunch or dinner unless you were from theU.S, and had the Fantastica alcoholic drink vouchers, and free mineral water inMDR for Lunch & Dinner. However, there were plenty of Water & IceMachines in the Buffet all day long. Coffee in the Buffet was very strong, butthat's how we like it. After a few days we used some of our vouchers on thespecialty coffees.

Entertainment 5 out of 5

Free theatre shows every night. Different ones. 7.15pm, 8.45pm, 10.30pm. Never 100% full. You can just walk in. We bought Cirque de Soleil- (Viaggio) tickets. Very good~ We enjoyed the free musical theatre show "Way."

Service and Staff 4 out of 5

Most staff are friendly. Except those in Marketplace buffet restaurant. Poor customer service. Never see a smile on their face, and if you push the button for "drinks service," that takes a very very long time. We finally had to flag down a manager and ask, and were told he only had one woman serving drinks in the buffet at that time. lol

Sales people were NOT pushy like we had been warned. Only the Photographers were obnoxious, but we always managed to navigate around them.

Our room steward "Arthur" was simply amazing. Best customer service was easily "Jon" the bartender in the British Pub (Brass & Anchor), and all of the MDR staff.

Ship Quality 5 out of 5

Fantastic. Love it! The ship is beautiful and very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom 5 out of 5

Good size Balcony Cabin, large comfortable Queen bed with the sofa (turned into bunk beds). Very well designed bathroom and large balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Daily housekeeping multiple times a day. Our room steward "Arthur" was incredibly attentive.

What's provided in the cabin: large beach/pool towels, shampoo, body wash, plenty of bath towels, powerful hair dryer, and a Safe. Balcony doors worked great, and sound proof in Fantastica cabin #10050. Kept doors open most of the time, and fresh air was amazing.
