The other company i'm considering is Shore Bee. Again, similar questions apply.

Used them last year (booked through Shore Bee). At first there wasn't a bus scheduled on the day we were in port, but because they had so many enquiries, they put one on. Very good tour and value for money. Shore Bee is basically a site where you can book excursions which are run by different companies; I found them very helpful.

from what I've read, Tuscany Bus is the same as Civita Tours.
