Excursion recommendations for Caribbean (and pricing vs Viator & other tour options)?

How about recommendations for excursions for a late November Windstar cruise visiting the following ports:

San Juan; Gustavia St Barths; Little Bay Montserrat; Phillipsburg St Maarten; Jost Van Dyke, BVI; Virgin Gorda Prickly Pear Beach BVI; Les Saintes, Guadeloupe; Bequia, St Vincent; St George's Grenada; Pigeon Island, St Lucia.

Also do previous Windstar cruisers feel their excursion pricing and value is fair and competitive with what is available through Viator and other options in each port?

Not sure what Viator offers on the smaller islands. Montserrat try Sun's tours. He is wonderful. Sometimes they have trouble making port there because of swells. Prickly Pear is a beach only which is beach party day. Jost small island. Go to beach or take WS tour. The excursions are mostly good, just depends on your likes and interests. Diving, snorkeling, shopping, etc. Suggest you read the descriptions online. Also most ports have cabs available and drivers willing to take you for tours or drop and pick up.
