Recommendations for private tour from Naples and Livorno for group of 8

Hi, my cruise will stop in Naples and Livorno this June and my party (group of 8 including grandparents and young children) are looking for a private tour with guide and driver for the day. Anyone with good experiences and recommendations?

they usually operate in 8 seater vans so that is perfect for you group

cost is usually about 600 euros for the van for a full day tour

We’ve used Romeinlimo and Sorento First Choice (Naples Area) with great results.

Good luck finding availability for 8 though, as June is cutting it close. Our experience was we all booked at least a year to 8 months out during non peak times for out group of 8. Not saying they don’t have vehicles available, but it is harder to procure on short notice with a group of 8 vs a group of 2-4.

We used Domenico from Private Tour in Italy. Over the years we have sent numerous friends to him including our kids and everyone was extremely satisfied with his tours and service.

Domenico is very passionate about is job and also very knowledgeable. He speaks English very well and has a great sense of humor.

You will not be disappointed.

For the last 6 years we have used Tuscany Taste Tours for Livorno tours and for Rome To Port transfers.. Owner Maurizio Mancini has always provided excellent tours as well as very interesting wine tours. Check his website.
