Is Horseshoe is the only beach with pink sand? $18 per chair rental seems a little excessive, especially when we are traveling with so many people, but if that's the only option, then so be it :D

You'll find pink sand to varying degrees on all the South Shore beaches. Horseshoe Bay Beach is the most popular of the South Shore beaches, is closest to where you will be docked and the only public beach on the South Shore that offers full amenities.

It is $18 for a lounge chair but you can get 2 lounges and an umbrella for $45. I have to add that everything is expensive when compared to the US.

There are other pink sand beaches but they don’t have chair or umbrella rentals.

Don't be expecting flamingo pink anywhere. Pinkish sort of if you imagine it. We just returned last Sunday. Horseshoe is very crowded but if you keep walking just a little bit you will find a much less crowded beach. We loved to trip, always felt very safe not a single homeless person to be seen. Feel free to ask any questions you want.

The pink sand beaches that has chairs and amenities readily available is Horseshoe Bay; which has facilities and chair rentals from a concessionaire that also sells food and beverages. At Elbow Beach and you can have amenities and a chair if you purchase a day pass for Coco Reef Resort or Elbow Bay Resort from a website called Resorts for a Day.

There are a few other beaches with chairs and amenities but they are not the "classic" pink sand beaches. Those would be Tobacco Bay, Clearwater Beach and Snorkel Park.
