What is there to do close to port fairly early in the morning

Our tour doesn't start until 11 am but our ship gets in to port at 7 am. Is there anything open that early that makes it worth rushing to get off the ship? I don't want to miss anything. I am totally willing to rush, but not to find that everything is closed.

Not worth rushing to get off the ship early to us. ;)
