Anyone in your group with mobilty issues? Kids?

need a larger boat because you're prone to motion sickness or would you prefer a small 6 pax boat?

If there are more than 3 or 4 in your group you may find a rental car is the

cheapest option for mendenhall. Might be more efficient too, and gives you the ability for more exploring of the area.

Boat size is important to most people. They don't want to be fighting for rail space on a boat with 150 pax, or they want a mid size boat for stability, or they need a bathroom, etc. So I encourage you to look at the company web site to see their vessels. Also, look at past trip reports for first hand experiences with the different vendors.

Popular vendors on this forum are Harv & Marv, Gastineau Guiding, Weather Permitting, Juneau Whale Watch.
