American Airlines food service LAX

Traveling from LAX to Sydney. American Airlines has suspended food service out of LAX. Is AA offering anything to eat on my 15 hour flight?

Yes. You will not be starved for your 13-14 hour flight.

I am sure if you look on the AA website, you will find what their meal plans are.

I would contact AA regarding the current status of catering provisions. Due to an outbreak of listeria, AA and Delta suspended catering services from Gate Gourmet at LAX ... I was not able via Google search to determine if the situation has been resolved. It would be best to call AA and get an update.

There is also a lengthy thread on FlyerTalk. A passenger on the Nov 7 SYD flight (post #199) indicated that the flight was fully catered, though not up to usual standards.
