Iguazu Falls - Excursion

You don't need an excursion or a private tour to visit Iguazu Falls. If you were flying to Toronto, you'd book the flight, a hotel, and necessary transportation yourself. This is no different and just as easy with a little research. Read the myriad of posts on this board from others who have made the trip. We even used Delta Sky Miles for the flight from BA to Iguazu since the primary airline that flies the route is a partner airline of Delta.

We got much better airline fares (than we saw on NA websites) by calling direct to the Aerolineas call center in BA.

The kind lady on the Aerolineas north american 1800 number gave us the details and assured us that they spoke english. We logged in their Argentine web site. Picked our flights and then called the call center. Flights were about 30 percent less than the best price we could find on matrixit, expedia, etc. The only issue was that they could only charge 5000 p on one transaction so I waited about minutes while they put through two Visa transactions. Confirmation, tickets, etc emailed immediately. Had them before I ended the call with the CSR.
