Romantic Excursion- Cozumel/Costa Maya

My husband, kid and myself are going on a cruise and visiting 2 ports, Cozumel and Costa Maya. One of the days we want to do a family excursion, and one day a romantic excursion. Any ideas on the romantic? My child is a toddler so at this age, he will be happy with whatever we choose to do on the other day.

Look at one of the All-Inclusives. Maya Chan in Costa Maya is nice (not fancy, but great food, drinks, limited # of people. Nacho Cocom in Cozumel is similar and gets good reviews. Passion Island in Cozumel might be another option.
