Concierge email came 1 week prior to sailing..

I have seen some discussion about when the concierge will contact you if in a suite. I am exactly 1 week before sailing and got the email today. I have already pre arranged a couple shows, ifly, north star, and wonderland. I am going to ask Ricardo if he can set up a reservation for escape room and a standing reservation for CK around 7 PM. Those where the only 2 things I couldn't seem to do online.

Concierge on Oasis emailed back within hours, as did Jewel.

That's when my e-mail came, week before sailing. Response for my questions, in few hrs...

Concierge on Jewel actually emailed me several times. Very helpful and quite prompt in reply.

Also recieved email from Ricardo, today, for next weeks cruise. How long does it typically take for response?

Can't believe we have 1 week to go! I'm traveling with 4 friends. None of them have cruised before so I'm hoping they love the experience as much as me! What kind of suite are you in if you don't mind saying? Because there are 5 of us we booked the 2 bdr. Just send my requests, I'll see how long till the response.

Ricardo is one of the best concierges. I sailed with him a few times and he is very good.

A week before is the normal notification time. I have had discussions about this with several Concierges as they were working on the following weeks cruise notifications. They really only have time to do it in this manner.

We leave one week from tomorrow on the Oasis. We have 2 loft suites and haven't received any emails yet from the concierge. Maybe he or she will email soon.

5-6 days before was common for us getting email from concierge.

Recieved word back from concierge about an hr or 2 ago. He will be able to take care of my couple requests pre cruise. Very happy!
