Brunch

We did the Remy brunch in June. It's a pared down version of the dinner. We enjoyed it very much. There were only a few tables being used so we got a lot of attention. And it's a nice way to experience Remy without paying for the more expensive dinner.

Palo is a meal, Remy is more of a "dining experience."

Palo is similar to a nice restaurant that I might go to for a special occasion. Brunch is essentially what you'd expect at such a place. Remy is a foodie experience, really upscale, like nothing that even exists where I live. Brunch at Remy is very small; you essentially have as much staff as people eating!
