There may be a "special" in different bars on different days but I don't recall specifically, say the Schooner having happy hour every day from 3-6. Check the daily paper for specials.

On my last couple of cruises there were $1 mimosas near the entrance to the casino from either 10-11am or 11-noon on Sea days. On the next cruise the price was $2.

That was on Liberty if the Seas out if Galveston.

Varies ship to ship, cruise to cruise. Nothing that can be reliably known in advance.

There was a daily Happy Hour at Sabor on our Harmony cruise earlier this month. I don't remember exactly (we had a drinks package), but it was something like $12 for a margarita AND appetizer. (The guac is EXCELLENT, by the way!)
