Casino Comp Cruise - Cruise Insurance

We have a casino comp cruise from Royal Caribbean and we are only paying port taxes. We would like to get trip insurance for medical reasons for this trip. What do I say is our travel costs? 0? or port taxes?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I am comped on NCL. I took their insurance because it was on $31 each.

I use Nationwide Travel Insurance. I got medical and evacuation insurance for a full year for 2 people for (I think) only $79. Believe it has a small delayed baggage benefit too. Covers every trip over a certain amount of miles (50?) from your home for a year.
