Carnival Casino Dilemma/Question

So here's my dilemma! We are booked on a non-casino rate 6 day cruise next month. We have an Ultra Premier cruise in December with other small trips in between (not cruise related). Since the July cruise will be with friends and family I considered this being a non-gambling cruise, just because we're are allocating money for other trips and bigger budget for other cruises. However I don't want to screw up my ranking more by being on a cruise and not playing at all or being on a cruise and not playing as much as normal. I'm no high roller by any means. Regular cruise 2500 to 5000 points on average. Slightly higher on premiere cruises.

Suggestions? Tips?

You're probably correct! Thanks

I have decided that there is very little rhyme nor reason to Carnival's casino offers. Go enjoy your cruise with friends and let the chips fall where they may[emoji3].

Agree no rhyme or reason...have gone

Big and got minimal offers and done minimal on 3 day and got 14 day free bb witith dou and free płay. My. recommendation is have fun and have the bar set low.

Cheers good luck and happy cruising.

Where it is a non-casino rate cruise there should be no expectations as to your rate of gambling and no ramifications for not gambling. If you however chose not to gamble on your Ultra in December, offers just might dry up.

Thank everyone for the replies. I've decided to just have fun and go with the flow. I agree the rating system makes no sense.

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO vache: That is the smart thing to do. Just got off the Carnival Horizon this morning. Found in my on-board mailbox an offer for another cruise. However, if they check, we are already booked for another cruise. Have to call them about that.

How many points did you earn on that cruise to receive a free cruise offer?
