Are there staff at the fitness centers?

Specific to Viking Star but could be a question for any of them. I don't need anything complicated. Just wouldn't mind someone showing me how to use their strange looking weight machines. Just my luck I'd start using one and someone next to me will say I'm doing it wrong. :')

Yes, they had one or two staff at a desk outside the gym. If you use a treadmill, look for the designation noted on (most) machines...is it in KM or miles? We had fun with me on miles and hubby on KM...

Just checked the Viking Daily from last week. I see we had, on at least 6 occasions (sea days), at 8am "Core Express", "Join Stefan for his core strengthening and toning class" 30 minutes, fee applies. I did not partake, and cannot say what that meant. Port days it does not show. I hope that helps.
