Thanks for posting. We love Cape Town and South Africa in general. We've done several road trips and looking forward to our next trip in January. I enjoyed the photo of the view from La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek (post #14), it's one of our favourite restaurants in the world - we have a week in Franschhoek on our next visit.

You are very welcome.

Glad to hear that you enjoy that restaurant.

Sounds like you have a great trip planned.

I have been to Cape Town twice and it is an incredible city. Similar in climate to San Francisco and I am glad the prices, though high, are as bad. There are so many wineries only a short drive out of the city that it would take weeks to visit them all. I particularly loved the Stellenbosch area.
