Looks like this could be good news. Where can I find details. From what I have seen recently looks like Princess is mainly here for our summer and then all ships leave for our winter. As we can only travel out of tourist season need cruises between May and October, and we are in Western Australia so only one cruise this year, we are doing 26 nights on the Sun in May, and at this stage have seen nothing at all for next winter.

Good Luck!

We all would love to have cruises between May and October, outside our cyclone season.

Thanks for info on the Indian Ocean cruise. We were booked on 2016 but had to cancel two weeks before sailing so naturally I'm very excited to see it back, seems to come up every four years.

This year Madras has been eliminated (saves on the Indian visa for one day) and Maputo (Mozambique) which I heard from those who did it was not fantastic!

With the prices what's the N/A next to $12,849? We had a balcony for just under that price.

Refers to "Deluxe Balcony." It's a new category for Majestic so doesn't apply to the other ships.

Does that mean all the Princess ships mentioned are BIG ships?

Sun and Sea continue on under the bridge.

The new addition, Ruby, is too large though. It's a sister ship to Golden, Diamond, Sapphire which are regulars here.

Thanks for that piece of info - I learn all the time!! So it looks as though there's not a huge increase in four years.

Back in 2011 we were on Ruby for a B2B, Rome - Med - Transatlantic to Fort Lauderdale, also been on its sister ship Crown. This class of vessel has an extra passenger deck compared to other Grand Class, i.e. Grand Princess, Golden etc., bringing pax max up to 3500, it impacts a bit on public areas which can become a bit crowded.

Ruby Princess is certainly an improvement to current fleet and no doubt will be filled, one reason why it is coming here. But just beware of that extra passenger deck of 500 pax impacting on the ship's public areas, like Horizon Court Buffett, Princess Theatre, Wheelhouse Bar, etc, that is what I found anyway and others have reported the same issue.

As Uncle Les always says...'Above all enjoy !!!':*

looks like the ruby is doing identical cruises to majestic, with majestic $100-200 more.

A bit like Diamond and Emerald, I’d go on DiamonD again, no question, but would think long and hard about Emerald.

When I click on that link, it takes me to the FB log-in page.

That’s so weird. Someone on the princess site said that today but it was fine yesterday. I have the PDF let me see if it’s small enough to load.

It's a 2mb PDF, max size is 1M. Sorry.
