river Cruising from Bujdapest to Amsterdam

Hi I am booked to go on a river cruise with Evergreen tours from Budapest to Amsterdam in early June this year and was wondering about the weather conditions which are not the best at the moment although I know its winter. Are the river cruises along that route sailing now I have heard horrible reports about how people spent a lot of their hoiday on buses a few years ago and i would hate that to happen this year.

No one knows what river levels will be in June. Yes, sometimes people end up being bussed, instead of traveling on the river.

Thanks for your quick response I guess I am just worried as the weather in Europe is so horrible at the moment and my trip is a tick off the bucket list .

A few years ago we took a river cruise across Europe. The weather was great, but sometimes the water levels can be a problem. No way to predict

It's only March! I wouldn't worry about what the weather is like now. You've got no control over it anyway.

I agree. There is nothing you can do about it and I would just wait until you get closer to check out weather reports.
