Princess Balcony Cabin Under the Horizon Buffet

We recently booked another cruise with Princess and allowed them to book us a balcony cabin on the Aloha Deck. However,

looking at the plan, it is directly under the buffet. Has anyone stayed under a cafe or buffet and how was the noise factor?

That can be risky...I wouldn't chance it...Always try to have cabins above and below you....better safe than sorry.

I ignorantly put us under the buffet kitchen once. Incredibly noisy at incredible hours! Never again. I wouldn't book one under the buffet. Hard to say what the noise level would be. If you're a late sleeper, you might find it particularly bad, since they get up and rolling pretty early in the buffet.

We've been on Aloha deck several times - no noise. Sure was convenient for breakfast and lunch, though!
