St John or Jt Thomas???

Recommended Posts

St John's Trunk Bay is by far the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. St Thomas is much more commercial, but offers Magen's Bay. If you're looking for tranquil beach time - catch the ferry to St John and enjoy a peaceful day at Trunk Bay. Magen's Bay is gorgeous - but often more crowded. If you're looking for shopping, etc - St Thomas is a better choice.

St. John's, unless you like crowds or want to shop. If you have time to take an island tour, do it. Almost all of St. John's is a park, lovely. The tour will take you by several beaches as well as Hurricane Hole and old sugar cane plantation areas.
