Menu question

Hello. I have a question regarding the Regional Specialties Tasting part of The Restaurant menu. Do the Regional Specialties Tasting items have to be ordered as a group or can the main course from the Regional Specialties Tasting Menu be ordered with a starter and a dessert from the rest of the menu? I presume they are accommodating, but wanted to be sure.

They are very accommodating - you can order what you like! They will even do swaps in the Chef’s table if you have an intolerance to one of the courses on the fixed menus. We are not that struck on the Restaurant - it can be crowded with spotty service in the evening - we go to Manfredi’s , The Chef’s Table and the world cafe in the evening. The food in The Restaurant is very similar to the World Cafe menu.
