We are going to be cruising out of Buenos Aires and coming in 3 days before to tour BA. It looks to us that the Recoleta area is the nicest to stay. Looking for a nice hotel there, sites and activities not to miss in and out of BA and a good private tour guide.

Thank you very much for any information.

We stopped in Buenos Aires last year for a port day so I don't have any hotel suggestions. We (party of 4) had a wonderful tour guide (Jessica) from Buenos Tours (https://www.buenostours.com/) for a walking (actually included bus rides too) tour of the city. We highly recommend them!
