I think your PR question is already answered over on the Trip Advisor forum. Best things to do can also be answered over on TA if you don't get responses here. You should mention what sailing you are on, or what ports you will be in, otherwise you probably won't get many responses.

How's Puerto Rico Now? Haven't been there since the hurricane. Haven't been to S. Caribbean before. What are best things to do and which to avoid?

From most reports, San Juan is recovering nicely and doing well.

We love the Southern Caribbean and have been to San Juan, St Lucia, St Maarten, St Thomas, St John, Barbados, Antigua and St Kitts and enjoyed them all. Our favorites so far are Barbados and St Lucia, but would gladly return to any of them. We will be going in December and adding Grenada and Dominica to the list and Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao next year.

You will probably get more responses posting on the Boards for San Juan and other ports you are interested in under the Ports of Call. This board does not seem to get as many replies.
