USAA Travel Insurance

Has anyone had any experience with them I purchased a plan with them for my Oasis 9/10 sailing and I feel like I'm either getting the run around or no one can answer any questions. I hate to cancel to file the claim and loose the voucher too (they've told me 6 different things). Any advice is appreciated.

I often get our insurance through them, but never filed a claim, my concern would be when they ask for proof of cruise payment. We often use gift cards, future cruise certificates and vouchers toward payment and I'm not sure if USSA considers those types of payments to qualify for reimbursement.

OP - I note you have another thread about this issue:

It appears your cruise was cancelled, and the cruise line is giving you a voucher? If so, you have no loss for your cruise fare. You can't also file a claim to be reimbursed. This would be insurance fraud. The insurer will know the actions taken by the cruise line. No "double dipping."

If this isn't what you're asking, please explain.

The OP does not want a voucher for a future cruise, they want a cash refund which the cruise line is not offering. This is an interesting question, will the insurance company provide a cash refund since the cruise line will not.
