Any cruisers been to Big Island since service resumed on POA on June 10?

We will be sailing on POA in August 2018 & understand that POA added Hilo & Kona back to the Itinerary after removing due to Volcano. Was wondering if anyone has cruised since the 2 ports have been reinstated & other than Volcano National Park has there been any changes to the places one can visit. Any changes in air quality one would notice as well?

The air quality can change day to day, and even more frequently. So yesterday's air quality has little to do with today's. It all depends on the weather patterns. Expect that it is quite possible you won't stop at one or the other ports, or perhaps both. The volcano is very active still.
