POA: Pier 2 car rental? Free shuttle to airport for rental?

We'd like to rent a car overnight after our POA cruise and return to HNL the following day. Is there a rental car company nearby pier 2 that will allow us to drop off at HNL? Is there a free shuttle to airport where we could pick up our car? We prefer hertz, and the hertz site has some crazy one way mileage fees...
