We pre-paid to do the Ultimate Drink Package on a 7 day cruise. Does this include any of the alcohol in the mini fridge in our room too or is that a separate charge?

Nope, you will pay.

No it does not. You have to pay for anything you remove from the mini-bar.

Those mini bar items have been removed and replaced so many times, I would not try any of them. Go get something fresh.

No. Have your steward empty it and use it for your own stuff.

If you have the Ultimate Drink Package and you are in a suite (or not for that matter) can you order alcohol drinks beer/wine from room service or can you only order alcohol from the bars and/or restaurants?

Room service drinks are not included in UBP even if you are in the Haven or a Suite

Ask room steward to empty fridge.

Every-time you go back to your room take a drink with you... you'll easily get a stash!

Depends on bar and ship, in my experience, yes
