Escape NYC Departure

When departing NYC which side of the ship will pass by the Statue of Liberty? Would like to know if I can enjoy from my balcony or if I will need to go to another deck. Thanks

Lady Liberty is on the starboard side as you leave NYC.

We always get a balcony, but go up on deck for sailaway, both sides are amazing.

Stay topside. You'll want to view Manhattan from port side, then Statue of Liberty on starboard side.

Completely agree. I'm not sure what the clearance is with the Escape but we did this on the Crown Princess and it was surreal to to see the short distance between you and the bottom of the bridge.
