Live From P&O Cruises' Oceana: Street Food a Hit Post-Refit

Thanks for this- Oceana is our next cruise ship to try. Interesting about the street food, but I'm not used to paying for lunch...I either have a Grab and Go sandwich, or miss lunch completely, and go for afterrnoon tea.

On the P&O Australian ships they have the Pantry, which is the buffet area and one part of it has food for a fee, such as prawns, oysters, but also burgers and such. It is not very popular and one complaint is that people do not realise they have to pay until after they have ordered the food (not well advertised). The cost is not much but it does smack of penny pinching for some food items you would expect to be included normally.:(
