Smokedsalmon trout carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil and sliced pear Selectionof cold cuts, Coppa,cooked ham,felino salami and fried breaddumpling. Primi Piatti. “Tardurasoup with meat broth. Pastaroulade au gratin “romagne style” Freshmacheroncini pasta with green pea rogout. Secondi piatti. Bakedsea bass in foil with seafood, fennel potato and cherry tomatoes. Cesenastyle chicken porchetta. Spinachpie on apotatoe and parmesan cream. Dolci. Sbrisolonacake. Chocolateroulade with raspberry cream, no added sugar. Selectionof fresh fruit. Aselection of Italian cheeses. Alwaysavailable Grilledbeef fillet with fried potatoes and bearnaise sauce. GrilledShrimp.
