NCL colonial Colima tour?

I had planned to book a private tour in Manzanillo, however the two people I reached out to I got a bad feeling about and have decided to go with my gut and book through the ship, which I normally would not do. Has anyone taken the colonial Colima tour offered through NCL? If so, can you let me know how it was and if you have a chance to photograph the volcano? I hate the idea of being on a bus but this looks like our best option for sightseeing. Thanks in advance

Haven’t been on NCL but have been on the same or similar tour. These are long, all day tours. Last time in Manzanillo the ship’s excursions were late, our private tour arrived a few minutes before boarding.

Sorry, it was 9 years ago and I didn’t set it up. I’d stick with a ship’s excursion for this tour. The cities and ruins are far from port and potential for anything to go sideways is always possible.
