Vip express review

We were very pleased with our vip express shuttle from start to finish. Emanuel was always prompt in answering my questions. We flew into Hobby on cruise departure day and he was right on time to pick us up. My sister was picked up at her hotel by Bush airport and then headed to our location. We had asked for this to be done this way. On our departure we started to get emails from Carnival saying due to fog the port was closed. Emanuel did some checking and found this to be the case so we used up some time stopping at the Space Center for picture taking and then stopped at Buckees a store unique to Texas. We had 4 boys along so this helped. He told us upon arrival where our pick up would be after the cruise. At the end of the cruise Emanuel called me on my cell and reviewed everything again with me. He was right there when we got out of the terminal. His van was quite clean and very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend his service!!!!
