Bootcamp style workouts ????

Recommended Posts

  • 2 weeks later...

I did the Boot Camp program on the RCI Oasis and the NCL Epic in the past year. They were both conducted by really knowlegeable and fun instructors. Four days of classes on a seven night cruise. Both ships' boot camps were EXTREME workouts as advertised....one of them, I forget which, called it a 'Body Sculpting' workout...more like a body beating workout!!!

Voyagr...thanks for the info. I've looked at the body sculpt class for our upcoming Oasis cruise and I was wondering what they were like. That helps me plan a bit. Between this and the cycle classes I'll be set for the cruise. I also noticed they have something called a Gravity class. Any idea what that is? I couldn't find any information on it.

bajabob...not sure if you've already tried this, but I found the list of classes offered while I was looking through some of the compasses that people have posted on the Royal Caribbean board. You may be able to do the same on the Princess boards??? Good luck!
