Just booked a transfer with Majestic Taxi from Southampton to LHR...

and I am wondering if anyone here has ever used them. All the ones that have been posted, like Smith and Aqua Cars, were not able to book this for us.

I always get nervous about transfers. Like...are they REALLY going to show up? And then what if they don't? What is Plan B?

I wish I were more trusting!

In response to my own question, since I typed this, Majestic has been very communicative with me on email, which is encouraging and good customer service.

Have you checked them out on TripAdvisor?? That is usually where I go for opinions although some I take with a grain of salt! We are booked with Smiths from Southampton to LHR, and for our transfers in and out of London I booked with Blackberry, super responsive!

Thanks. So far, Ryan from Majestic has emailed me three times with suggestions and helpful tips, so I feel good about it now. Smiths and all the usual ones mentioned here were all booked. I wanted to try Woodford Chauffeurs, but their website was down. They did contact me and apologize and offered a car (their last one) to me, but I had already booked with Majestic by that time.

We used Majestic Taxi last year for three transfers and have them booked again in July. Very happy with them.
