Direct booking with P and O to be stopped

The reception team work in the call centre. These are the folk who receive the calls .. the call centre is where they work.

Still waiting for evidence to support your earlier allegation that a service you admit not using is absolutely useless.

I go by my experience with ringing their Customer Service. Have done that a few times and found them useless.

Based upon my experience, I would agree that the land based customer service team are very poor, but their colleagues who deal with bookings are superb.

I must say every cruise I have booked direct with P&O the staff have been excellent.

I have to say that branding a department you have not used as totally useless because that is your experience with a different department and different set of people is unfair.

Presumably your bad experiences with customer services is what made you start booking through an agent so now it is they would deal with customer services on your behalf.
