Bermuda cruise in July

Looking to cruise to Bermuda in July...is this a bad idea?

Great idea. The weather is similar to North Carolina.

Perfect. Due to my boyfriend's vacation time, we have to do a shorter cruise out of either NYC or Charleston...and it's either Bermuda (neither of us have been) and Bahamas.

We have cruised to Bermuda in the month of July 9 times .Every cruise was great.

This is great to hear. We have been in the fall each time never travel in the summer as a rule if we can help it. However we will need that to change now as if we want our Grandson with us it will need to be in summer due to school schedule.

I love Bermuda in July but be aware that the last sailing of the month on the Escape will have its port days during the three day Bermuda holiday for the national cricket tournament. I've been there before during this holiday and there is definitely some closures and the busses and ferries run on holiday schedules. It is a big party for the Bermudians. So if you go just embrace in the cultural experience.
